Saw a Cute Puppy & Cute old people

This Saturday, I traveled to Greensburg to Ashli's house so she could get some papers from home. While on my first trip to Greensburg, I meet Mom and new puppy Khloe, two little brothers, Dad, Stepmom, Aunt, niece, and Grandma and Grandpa. It was a lot to take in. I felt as if I were Ashli's new boyfriend coming home to meet the family.

But everyone was adorable, and I even got a free meal! In the end, it was a very enjoyable trip, and I'm glad I got to visit the town of Greensburg!

Wedding shows = shit fest. Hence why I am completely and utterly aggravated after watching them. I really don't have problems with weddings themselves. They're great. There's booze, celebration, those neat mints that melt in your mouth, and single people realizing they're not amounting to much in their family's eyes. I really only have beef with what weddings lead to: marriage. I guess it's finally time for me to admit that no, I do not want to commit my life to another human being. I could totally accept bonding myself to a dog, or a really comfortable beanbag chair, but not another person for the rest of my years. I could never see myself being married to a human being, let alone a male, and having a long, healthy, and nonviolent life together.

As I sat stewing in my dislike for the cable providers choice of shows , along with the creepy bond that is marriage, I realized something. A husband may be a beneficial thing. Now I say beneficial, and not enjoyable, because I foresee a lot of downsides in a husband as well. But, trying to be an optimist, I put together a list of why I should go Pro-Marriage.

Let's be a Wife List:

1. I don't know...maybe we'd fall in love?

2. I could talk to my Preacher about sex, without having that sinful feeling, which is really similar to diarrhea.

3. Well for that matter, sex in general.

4. Maybe we'd get a vegetable steamer as a wedding shower gift. Then I could make veggies, and we could be one of those healthy modern couples.

5. Maybe we'd get an industrial sized can of liquid cheese as a wedding shower gift. Then I could secretly pour it over my veggies, while still making husband eat healthy in order to take advantage of his body.

6. Sex

7. I never really enjoyed trivial tasks like turning off the light when getting ready for bed, fetching a diet soda from the fridge, mowing the lawn, and showering. Husband could do that all for me. People in love do that stuff.

8. Sex

9. I don't have to go to the movies, baseball games, arcades, stores, rollerblading, bike riding, fake car shopping, to the hookah bar, fake pet shopping, or out to eat by myself anymore. It's been a lonely past few years.

10. I'd finally have a changed relationship status on facebook.

I don't know. This has been a very ranty post so I tried to end it on a positive note. I guess I'm off to flipping through channels again.

NAILS!

So, my friend Ashli and I always paint our nails. (at least weekly, if not more)
Today I tried this style I saw someone wearing in cosmo mag. It did NOT turn out well.
My fingers almost always end up looking like old zombie fingers. Not quite the look I was going for.
I just want my nails to look feminine, so I look put together when everything else in my life is not.
If you girls or guys have any nice nail painting suggestions, I'd love to hear them!

School

Guess what? I'm not motivated for it at all.
I'm kind of just sitting a little below the center of performance.
Not trying to hard, but getting by.
Accounting is just not something I will want to do forever, or even now for that fact.
But, I've already committed myself to this, and have to stick with it.

I hear all my friends being in all of these classes they really enjoy and get a lot out of, but not me.
I just sit there and watch the clock.

I hope it'll get better with the warmer weather. sigh....

Home James!

This weekend I got to go home! This feeling is better than skipping classes!

It's so nice outside too! I just went to my backyard in jeans and a long sleeve t-shirt and it wasn't cold at all! Bonus: There's no snow anywhere, and there's actually sun!

This just makes me miss home more though, it's tough being about 5 hours away and never knowing when the next time you'll see your family or precious dog is. Hopefully next year when I get my own house in Muncie Ashton, my dog, can come live with me 24/7! We'll have great times: snuggling, he'll sit on my laptop while I'm trying to work, and he can just look at me and makes things better when I'm all stressed out.

On a more educational note: I've not finished my first draft of my annotated bib., and in all seriousness it's really difficult to concentrate on while I'm visiting home.

Made of Money.

I am not.
This past week I have been trying almost anything to get a couple bucks. I said ALMOST anything! I mean I've sold clothing, shoes, hats, purses, and jewelry! All of which things I love and were hard to part with, but it was work the 12 dollars I made at plato's closet = [

I'm about to just go donate plasma or a liver or something, but I'm sure my health isn't up to standards to be a donor. We all know my liver is SHOT and I'm sure all other vital organs are on the rocks as well.

My next consideration was hustling and being a drug dealer, but I've seen my friends do this, and I'm frankly just not sneaky enough. I'm very loud and I think my facial piercings and pink hair would be distinguishable characteristics for the police.

I came to last resorts and filled out like 3 job apps. this week. NOT FUN, but if you have any suggestions I'd love some input and help!

Love Update

So, my crush invited to me to that party right?

My friends and I went, and my Ex was there. Dear Lord, it was awkward.
But, my crush hugged me and said we needed to hang out again. Weekend complete.

Also completing the weekend was my great addiction to Goodwill. I got sooooo many articles of clothing. Classmates, you'll see me sporting newish outfits soon!

My crush told me about a party to go to tomorrow, asked if I was interested? Hell yes.
